1. Introduction
   These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of our services, including but not limited to betting, gaming, and Lucky Numbers (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Eligibility

7. Bet Acceptance and Payment Terms

• All bets are accepted by us at face value, and all payments made on the Services (including winnings) will be credited to or debited against your account as applicable.
• We reserve the right to void, cancel, or amend any bet(s) at our discretion.

8. Dispute Resolution
   If there is a dispute regarding your bets or transactions with us, we may suspend or restrict access to your account until such time as the matter has been resolved in accordance with our standard procedures.

9. Data Protection and Security

• We will maintain confidentiality of any personal information provided by you.
• We reserve the right to use any non-personal data collected for marketing purposes.

10. Copyright and Intellectual Property
    All content, software, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos, and other materials contained in or made available through the Services are protected under applicable copyright laws and/or intellectual property rights. Except as permitted by us, you must not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, create derivative works from, remove metadata from, or otherwise exploit any part of our services.

11. Liability
    In no event will we be liable for (a) loss of profits or revenue; (b) indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary damages, or other damages resulting from your use of the Services.

12. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim arising out of or related to your breach of this Agreement, including but not limited to losses caused by you, a third party, or a combination thereof.

13. Governing Law

• This Agreement will be governed by the laws of South Africa.
• Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration according to applicable law and regulations.

14. Changes to Terms and Conditions
    We reserve the right to amend, modify, supplement, replace, suspend, terminate or restrict any Services without prior notice at our discretion.

15. Termination

• We may terminate your account if we reasonably believe that you have breached these terms.
• Upon termination of this Agreement for whatever reason, all rights granted will cease and be null and void except as required by law.

16. Acknowledgment
    By using the Services, you acknowledge that (a) you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions; and (b) your access to or use of any part of the Services is subject to this Agreement.

17. Entire Agreement

• This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter hereof.
• We may add other terms not included in this Agreement, and such additional terms shall be effective as if they were incorporated into this Agreement from the date that you first access or use any part of our Services.

18. Dispute Resolution
    If there is a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, we agree to resolve it through binding arbitration according to applicable law and regulations in South Africa.
